Cancellation Policy
- If canceling 24 hours before your appointment you may use your deposit towards another appointment date. If not canceled before the 24 hour mark you will have to pay a new deposit fee for another appointment date.
- There is a 15 minute grace period for all clients. After 15 minutes there will be a $15 fee. Anything after 25 minutes will be canceled with no refund on the deposit.
REQUIREMENTS & PRE CARE
- Please arrive with a bare face! ( at-least around your eyes)
- No extra guests allowed
- No caffeine ( causes eyes to twitch )
- If you wear glasses please refrain from wearing contact lenses to your appointment! Fumes can get trapped under your contacts & cause sensitivity during application.
- I will not work over another lash techs work! If you have remaining lashes from another lash tech you must add on a removal.
FILL INS
- You must have 40% - 50% of your lashes left for it to be considered a fill in. You will be charged the full set price if less than.
- You will be allowed 3 lash fills before having to book a new set to maintain a full & fluffy look.
Disclaimer* All lash sets will not come out the same. Lash sets depend on the amount of your natural lashes.
